The holiday home is located on Kavelweg in Zingst – on a quiet residential street, yet central. The fine Baltic beach is just a few minutes’ walk away (around 600 m), and the pier, the Experimentarium and the shops and restaurants in the village centre are easy to reach on foot or by bike.

How to get to Zingst
By car
- Via the A20: exit Bad Sülze, then towards Ribnitz-Damgarten / Barth and over the Meiningen bridge to Zingst.
- From Stralsund: via Velgast and Barth, then over the Meiningen bridge.
- From Rostock: via Ribnitz-Damgarten and Barth – or along the scenic route over the Fischland and the Darss (Ahrenshoop, Prerow).
- Please note: The Meiningen bridge opens for shipping at fixed times – the road is then closed briefly. Please check the current opening times of the Meiningen bridge.
- On site: Two private parking spaces right at the house.
By train & bus
- By long-distance bus: FlixBus serves Zingst directly – connections and tickets at flixbus.de/fernbus/zingst.
- By train to Barth (via Velgast on the Rostock–Stralsund line).
- Buses run from Barth to Zingst.
- Timetables: Deutsche Bahn and Verkehrsgesellschaft Vorpommern-Rügen (VVR).
- Once here, everything is easy to reach on foot or by bike.
